No Risk 30-Day Pack Test Return Policy:
As a bushcrafter and adventurer myself, I understand that the best way to truly determine if equipment meets your standards is to actually use it (and I hope you do). If you find that you don't love your PNW Pack Co. equipment for any reason, I'll gladly accept returns (with the exception of custom orders) within 30 days from the date the item was received for a full refund, regardless of item condition ('Backcountry Bungalow' Wall Tent must be in new/unused condition, however).

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order. If you wish to cancel an order, email a cancellation request within 24 hours of your order placement to initiate the refund process to: pnwpackco@gmail.com
Lifetime Guarantee:
All PNW Pack Co. accessories come with a lifetime guarantee against craftsmanship/hardware defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered; however, like a high-quality pair of boots, some items can be repaired or replaced for a minimal fee.
Customizations:
While I try my absolute best to meet the various needs bushcrafters and users have, one size doesn't always fit all. If you have a product feature you wish to have on one of your packs, please reach out to me (Dave) at pnwpackco@gmail.com
